We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing team in Los Angeles, CA.

The Quality Assurance Analyst performs scheduled audits in Blueground apartments to ensure city compliance with Blueground Standards while identifying patterns and analyzing information to drive improvement in the city.

What you will focus on:
Conduct a variety of property specific audits in both newly furnished apartments and between tenant stays to ensure the condition of apartment furniture, amenities, cleaning, and general upkeep
Provide city level insight into team performance throughout the Blueground property life cycle
Analyze city data to identify trends in performance and compliance for multiple departments within the city
Collaborate with City Operations to evaluate independent vendor performance and provide support for the teams
Work in coordination with the US QA Manager to produce a variety of reports on city performance and compliance
Present findings to operations management and city general manager
Facilitate the ongoing evolution of the US Quality Assurance Department through a culture of continuous improvement
What we are looking for:
1-3 Years of Experience
Valid Driver’s License & vehicle to travel between properties
Ability to conduct detailed assessments of apartments & furniture
Strong communicator with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Experience synthesizing data and creating presentations to simplify complex problems
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Fluency in MS Office & G-Suite
Experience working in a Quality Assurance related position is a plus
Experience in hospitality or property management is a plus
