This team member will have overall accountability for defining features, working with the product and delivery teams to plan, sequence, and decompose work, ensuring sprint priorities/outcomes meet business requirements, managing stakeholder expectations, and escalating risks/issues/roadblocks.Job Requirements and Preferences :Basic Qualifications :Minimum Degree Required :High School DiplomaMinimum Years of Experience :4 year(s)Preferred Qualifications :Degree Preferred :Bachelor DegreePreferred Knowledge/Skills :The Internal Data Product Management Team is responsible for managing the intake, requirements, and prioritisation of use cases based on demand across global internal stakeholder groups.

Our core product offering is to provide stakeholders with access to internal data sets in the form of reusable insight services that are easily accessible, robust, intuitive, secured, and governed.The Internal Data Product Owner will serve as the primary liaison between PwC stakeholders and functional/technical teams, and have ultimate accountability for ensuring sprint priorities/outcomes deliver against documented business requirements in alignment with the overall product vision.Key success factors for this role include the ability to independently work with and manage expectations of senior-level stakeholders, plan/sequence features and dependencies to deliver incremental value in collaboration with the product, architecture, and engineering teams, ensure features and user stories accurately reflect requirements, and provide quality assurance over the delivery pods to ensure adherence to definition of ready and definition of done criteria.As such, the applicant should demonstrate extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas:* Owning, prioritizing, communicating, and refining the internal data product backlog, working with the Product Management team to maintain alignment with the product vision and roadmap; * Evangelizing the product vision, design principles, and best practices to the technical teams and stakeholders; * Coordinating withthe Scrum Master and Tech Lead on priorities, approach, and delivery, while ensuring cross-pod alignment and standards are being followed to maximize reusability of insight services across capabilities; * Aligning product solutioning to effectively address the insight services strategy, roadmap, and best practices with the prioritisation of work in each program increment and sprint; * Maximizing the value produced by the team and ensure deliverables meet the business stakeholders needs and comply with the Acceptance Criteria and the Definition of Done; * Coordinating withbusiness stakeholders to implement outcomes aligned to our core product offering, ensuring success criteria has been agreed upon with stakeholders and effectively communicated to the development and testing teams; * Applying analytical skills to determine accurate business requirements and present these requirements in a manner that is concise, measurable, and flexible enough to meet stakeholder needs; * Defining and managing epics, features, and user stories to be completed by the internal data engineering pods in alignment with the product management vision; * Understanding thebusiness implications of the application of data within the current business environment, and assist the Product Management Team in the prioritisation of activities to maximize value based on stakeholder needs and core capabilities; * Leading planning and prioritisation activities with stakeholders and internal teams to develop and agree on requirements, program increments, sprint objectives, and release schedules; * Understanding of Agile development principles and experience working on an Agile team (e.G., Scrum, SAFe) with an onshore/offshore delivery model; * Demonstrating previous experience and exposure to data-driven product implementation, specifically data engineering, data warehousing and virtualization, and reporting/analytics solutions; and,* Working knowledge with respect to SQL query development and debugging, data modeling concepts, understanding of ETL techniques and technologies, and software development and testing methodologies.For positions in Colorado, visit the following link for information related to Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act: https://pwc.To/coloradoifsmanager (https://pwc.To/coloradoifsmanager) .All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment at PwC without regard to race; creed; color;religion; national origin; sex; age; disability; sexual orientation; gender identity or expression; genetic predisposition or carrier status; veteran, marital, or citizenship status; or any other status protected by law.
