This role supports the Operations function within mergers & acquisitions (M&A), along with large-scale, cross-functional business process, integration, separation, and transformation changes.The role scope covers the complete deal cycle, from due diligence to negotiations, Day One planning, operations integration and separation, synergy analysis, stranded cost optimization and transition service agreement (TSA) development and governance.
