HACCP/HARPC knowledge is a must on site in van nuys •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business/purchasing field. •Five years related food manufacturing industry experience. •Thorough working knowledge of purchasing policies, processes and procedures. •Strong negotiation skills. •Strong business ethics •Knowledge of RFP, CfB, and IfB. •Experience in the purchasing of raw materials (ingredients, processing aids, and packaging materials) for the production of finished food products.
