Purchase of Service Coordinator

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Under the direction of the Controller, the Purchase of Service (POS) Coordinator has the responsibility of ensuring timely and accurate processing of key accounting functions related to all POS service provider billing.

These functions include, but are not limited to, coordinating the completion of all POS provider payments, ensuring proper implementation of service provider rates, conducting reviews of records to ensure compliance, and applying basic accounting practices and procedures for proper recording and reporting of financial data.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform effectively on this position, the Purchase of Service Coordinator will possess a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Will possess the ability to perform arithmetic computations quickly and with a high level of accuracy, 10-key by touch, minimum of 45 wpm.

In addition, will be able to interpret and apply approved rates to service authorizations and invoices and possess a strong knowledge of basic accounting principles, critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Will also have the proven ability to establish and maintain routine files, records and official documents Candidate must be computer literate and proficient with Excel and Word.

High school graduate or GED equivalent and two (2) years of relevant experience.

College accounting coursework and experience with computerized accounting systems preferred.

Valid California driver license, current automobile insurance and adequate transportation to fulfill position responsibility are also required.

Pay: $3,251.00
– $4,774.00 per month
