Property Management Intern

About Us:

Tripalink, founded in 2016, is a product-and community-focused residential co-living company with a unique and integrated business model being a property operator and a real estate developer. Tripalink has entered 7 major cities in the US and is managing over 4000 bed-spaces.

  • This position is required to work on-site.

Responsibilities

:

  • Assist Property Manager with all day-to-day operations and administrative support
  • Organize and provide keys / door codes to new tenants
  • Answer phones, route calls, and respond to incoming emails
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as copying, filing, scanning, faxing, taking notes, etc.
  • Organize and maintain files and important Property Management documents, such as bills, contracts, client records, etc.
  • Greet and direct visitors to the correct office
  • Assist tenants with move-ins, such as giving instructions and sending out codes for locks
  • Coordinate with vendors and employees with work orders and maintenance requests
  • Assist vendors with arranging schedule and moving furniture
  • Greet and direct visitors to the correct office
  • Sort and distribute mail/packages
  • Other tasks and assignments as requested

Requirements

:

  • Associate degree or above preferred
  • 1 year or above administration and office operation or related experience
  • Bilingual Chinese & English preferred
  • Demonstrate competency with computers and office softwares (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
  • Basic data collection, processing, and analysis ability
  • Be self-motivated and demonstrate proactive participation
  • Have a reliable vehicle and willing to travel
  • Be self-motivated and demonstrate proactive participation
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Show patience and advanced customer-oriented recognition
