Residential Project Manager Qualifications
- Four-year degree from an accredited university within the construction, engineering, or business concentrations preferred but not required
- 5+ years’ experience in high-end custom residential construction, building/remodeling single family homes
- Previous experience in a Project Manager role with the proven ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to organize resources including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired goals
- Ability to take initiative and seek responsibility in all aspects of building
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors and vendors
