Program Management Lead

This is a Program Management Lead role on Oculus, responsible for delivering our multi-market 360 advertising in 2021. The program management team takes on the “coordination hub” for all activity that we expect to drive our business and creative objectives in that period of time, up to and including a liaison role with our various agency partners. It may also include directly managing program managers.

Responsibilities

  • Create strong partnerships with Product Marketing Managers, Integrated Marketers, Channel Leads and external agencies
  • Develop and manage workflow and schedules for inbound and outbound projects
  • Coordinate the team to ensure successful communication and delivery of various marketing launches
  • Manage integrated production budgets and approvals
  • Manage relationship and responsibilities required for strategic sourcing and procurement
  • Able to be the lead point of contact for agencies where we create large scale campaign work
  • Maintain brand integrity across all project deliverables, working especially closely within Design guidelines, Legal guidance and Product accuracy
  • Manage the development of high-quality materials, often with tight deadlines
  • Anticipate needs and remove obstacles
  • Develop a deep understanding of where projects fit within the portfolio, how to prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions, and coordinate resources across multiple projects and teams

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years client-facing experience working in a creative agency, production studio, and/or digital product marketing company
  • Cross-functional collaborator
  • Organization and people experience in setting priorities, problem-solving, and multi-tasking, and negotiation
  • Experience managing product marketing projects and operations in Internet or online marketing company
  • Experience with live action, programmatic digital delivery, social, Influencer, print, OOH, experiential, media integration and/or animation workstreams (“end to end”: from production to editorial to finishing and delivery)
  • Experience working as a cross-functional manager within a fast-paced, often ambiguous, start-up environment
