Program Coordinator I

· The Partnership Enablement team is focused on educating and activating client content partners and our internal teams. Our multifaceted team members work together with various cross-functional stakeholders throughout YouTube to shape strategies and programs, develop comms and collateral, and execute plans for our top creator partners on YouTube’s top priorities.

· As a creator engagement program coordinator, you will help build creator lookbooks across all client Video-On-Demand verticals and our new ‘Shorts’ product. You are highly knowledgeable of client creators and the ecosystem. Through analysis of data sources & via nomination processes you will assess which creators within the ecosystem we should be recommending to cross-functional teams and who should be featured within the lookbooks & lists you create.

· In addition, you will help coordinate many of the events our creators are asked to participate in.

· You will bring excellent analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing, an aptitude for learning, a strong attention to detail, creativity and the discipline to manage and drive multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Job Requirements:

·          You are knowledgeable about the digital creator ecosystem, competitive platforms and paid influencer marketing campaigns. You are passionate about content trends and the latest who’s who of digital creators.

·          Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 1+ years of influencer marketing, consulting or talent management experience. 1+ years relevant program coordination experience. Passion for YouTube Creators, deep knowledge of the Creator ecosystem and client’s role in it. Google Suite.

 

Desired:

·          Experience working on creator first programs, campaigns & events. Strong organizational skills with the ability to set goals and prioritize initiatives with minimal guidance. Comfort with managing compressed timelines; ability to handle stress in a positive, collaborative manner.
