# The Literally Healing Program Coordinator is to support the Program Founder by coordinating all daily operations of the Administrative Office, Reading Room and Volunteer Training, Scheduling and Supervision and by assisting with special projects.

Able to work on multiple program objectives simultaneously in a fast paced, customer-focused environment with strong attention to detail, accuracy, initiative, reliability and presentational skills.

The incumbent will be energetic, creative and highly organized and both use and improve established procedures.

By administrative, research and event support the Program Coordinator will ensure the program#s excellence and growth continues and its Family Centered Care goals expand.

# Minimum Experience Required: Two years# experience in an office or educational/library/information management environment.

Experience as a librarian or children#s bookseller/familiarity with age appropriate reading preferred Experience working with children preferred.

# Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse public, volunteers, staff and patients by phone, in person in writing and to be the point of contact for the program; Ability to effectively manage time and priorities # #Work That Matters
