Program Coordinator

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

The Program Support Coordinator will support the academic and clinical activities of a apprentice program by providing a variety of advanced administrative, confidential and technical responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Academic Responsibilities
Planning and organizing required activities and trainings for faculty and students such as orientation, testing, end-of-year certification, Supporting course faculty with a variety of functions, including formatting and administering exams.

Providing support for faculty, including assisting with data entry, class programing, and program attendance Assisting in updating and preparing annual reports by collecting required data based on the report and submitting to the Program Manager.

Handling student information including maintaining accurate files and communications with students as well as updating databases.

Processing and tracking program-related forms and keeping records for the program advisors Maintaining & organizing operations & procedures.

Providing support for including communicating requirements to students and collecting and verifying compliance information and documentation in addition to promoting positive working relationships.

Maintaining communication with affiliates to distribute access for students & instructors as well as collecting & submitting requirements for students.

Updating student information into affiliate’s platforms to request and manage clinical placements.

Coordinating the employment process of new apprentice and graduates.

Maintaining and updating databases sites each semester.

Performing other program-related projects and tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience plus three (3) years of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working with program coordinator and familiarity with education and or have managed an academic program.

Pays $25
– $29 per hour
