Professor of Management and Organization (Open Rank) – Organizational Behavior

The Management and Organization (MOR) Department at the USC-Marshall School of Business seeks to hire new tenure-track faculty members in organizational behavior to begin in Fall 2024. We welcome applications from candidates at all ranks. We seek candidates who are or have the potential to become, leading scholars on topics relevant to organizations. We are also looking for displayed capability in teaching.The MOR department is involved in the study of organizational behavior and strategic management; our 23 tenured/tenure-track faculty members have backgrounds in organizational behavior, psychology, sociology, economics, and general management. In the OB area, research interests are broad and address micro and meso issues using both quantitative/experimental and qualitative/observational approaches, among others. The annual base salary range for this position is $165,750 – $420,370.
