Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a highly organized Production Coordinator that will support the production team. This person will report directly to the Creative Producer and help with all aspects of photo and video production (model and product). As Production Coordinator, you will help bring the creative vision to life while managing vendors, schedules, budgets, and workflow. This person will work closely with the design, social, and marketing strategy team to launch best-in-class campaigns.
Core Responsibilities
- Support Creative Producer in all aspects of production, including but not limited to:
- Coordinating + managing the schedule for all shoot dates within the product launch calendar.
- Working closely with the creative team to bring their creative vision to life.
- Managing, booking, and communicating with all vendors include photographers, retouchers, makeup artists, hairstylists, etc.
- Being the producers’ right-hand man when on set, helping with all essential items necessary.
- Managing contract communications with modeling agencies (model contracts + model releases).
- Identifying image selects in close collaboration with Creative Production Manager.
- Coordinating castings, booking talent, managing contract communications (legal, usage, etc.)
- Securing all props, products, wardrobe, and any additional materials needed for the shoot.
- Managing and organizing all digital deliverables from vendors.
- Uploading and organizing final retouched/edited/color-corrected deliverables for the internal team.
- Understanding project budgets and production expenses, offering support when needed.
- Managing all production timelines through Asana and keeping all internal teams on track.
- Support in-house production shoots and supervises external productions.
- Understand the needs and best practices for each platform (i.e., growth marketing, CRM, etc.) to make strategic recommendations.
Experience Necessary
- 1-3 years of experience in production.
- Team-oriented, strong ability to bridge creativity with production.
- Experience in managing projects with tight deadlines.
- Flexible, organized, eager, passionate, exceptional attention to detail.
- A self-starter, resourceful, and adaptable to a variety of environments.
- General interest and knowledge about the creative process and beauty.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Familiarity with managing and executing a budget.
