Job Duties:* Monitors and adjusts production line operations in a busy manufacturing plant that operates 24×7 * Prepares production equipment for operation by making equipment setup adjustments* Documents production & process by completing production logs including flow, and return of materials* Calculates production output; pH, viscosity, temperature and alerts supervisor of any irregularities* Maintains quality standards; conducts inspections; completes production charts; analyzes recordings and statistics; * Follows policies and procedures (equipment, raw and in-process materials, and finished goods); reporting needed changes* Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulationsSkills/Qualifications:*Must have 3+ years of manufacturing experience
– specialty chemical operators preferred*Safety Training; Hazmat; Hazwoper; OSHA certifications desired*Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills*Work history includes examples of Focus on Quality with Attention to Detail*Tooling experience working with hand tools & power tools, gauges, pumps *Must be able to climb ladders & scaffolding; Lift 25 lbs regularly
– up to 70 lbs occasionally*Forklift experience *Able to work all shifts
