BeautyMark International is seeking a Inventory Control Coordinator to be part of our Production team to perform day-to-day tracking of components and finished goods.
Job brief:
We are looking for an experiencedInventory Control Coordinatorto assist in the day to day movement and tracking of beauty components and finished goods . You will work with our Production Manager to ensure all components and finished goods shipments are scheduled, tracked, delivered and logged.
A successful Inventory Control Coordinator, is well-organized, extremely detail oriented, and excels in communication with team members, manager(s), and outside vendors. This is a fast paced, speed to market beauty company, so you must be able to handle pressure and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and mange LTL & Full Truckload shipments
Work with International vendors and import agent to schedule, track, and deliver containers of components to its final destination
Collect all documentation required to confirm receipts by vendors and warehouse
Log, track, and create receipts and transfers in ERP system
Maintain accurate inventory at multiple inventory sites
Research and locate where errors may have occurred when discrepancies arise
Work with outside vendors to resolve component discrepancies at their locations
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 Years experience in this type of role
Solid knowledge of inventory management and/or logistics a PLUS
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail
Problem-solving abilities
MUST be proficient in Microsoft Excel
Bachelor s Degree preferred
We operate in a small team all hands on deck environment and we expect that all team members work in the same manner.
Compensation: Hourly – Based on Experience
Location: Remotely work until safe to return to full time office work
