We get up every day excited to discover new talent, narratives and characters, and live for any chance to shepherd a great idea through development to air.THE ROLE: Production Coordinator, StudioA+E Networks has an amazing coordinator opportunity in Los Angeles providing support to the Studio Production Department.MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU’LL DO:Production Coordinator, Studio:* Oversee day to day management of various projects in development, prep, production, and post* Set up, schedule, and coordinate initial kickoff and ongoing production meetings* Contribute to internal database of experienced, high-quality production crew* Research and set up writer, casting, production and post-production facilities* Onboard production and post teams for Studio policies, paperwork, and procedures* Update and maintain department manuals* Administer AirTable, Scenechronize, and PIX* Facilitate information flow between internal department and external groups* Review and analyze daily production documents* Draft preliminary production and post-production schedules* Research potential film locations and local tax incentives* File and track various guild and union paperwork* Build and maintain relationships with vendors* Post-production schedule and deadlines management* ATL travel management* Provide administrative assistance to Production Executive and department as needed with phones, filing, scheduling meetings, etc.* Special projects and other tasks as neededYOUR STORY:* BA/BS Degree* 3- year administrative experience (internship experience applies)* A positive and upbeat demeanor* Set production experience* Creative problem solver* Strong time management and multitasking skills needed and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment* Detailed-oriented and extremely organized* Must have the ability to work independently, efficiently and be able to meet deadlines under strict time constraints* Strong oral and written communication skills* Must be able to handle confidential information
