The position will directly assist the Head of Production and will support various functions of the team.
They will also be working closely with Development, Talent, Branded, and Production teams.
The ideal applicant will be a high energy individual with the ability to prioritize work, multi-task efficiently, show good judgment, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced, creative environment under tight deadlines.nn nn n nn nn JOB RESPONSIBILITIES nn Support head of production in coordinating logistics for specific Brat TV series, branded campaigns, and production services.
Maintain internal trackers, organize documents and drives, and other administrative and operational processes.
Coordinate multiple internal staff and external pitch meetings including setting agendas and identifying action items Liaise with EAs and executives across the company ensure clear communication between teams and upper management Additional appropriate special projects nn n nn nn JOB REQUIREMENTS nn Minimum 1-2 years experience at an agency, platform, studio, and/or production company.
Production experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with GSuite, Keynote, Movie magic scheduling and budgeting.
Experience writing script coverage.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and ever-changing priorities.
Experience with digital talent, content creation and/or video production is a plus.
