Job Duties:* Analyze and manage computer parts inventory levels using Company’s system, spreadsheets, etc.* Allocate computer parts across assembly parties and warehouse locations for production.* Support product management with production forecasting, issue work orders to assembly parties.* Follow through production lead time to ensure timely delivery of assembly products.* Pickup appointment management with assembly parties.* Support PM with local parts code maintenance, local purchase parts price negotiation and issue PO, full or partial shipments follow up.* Parts RTV or RMA management with internal department and external vendors.* Build and manage relationships with existing and new suppliers or assembly partiesQualifications:* Minimum of 1 – 2 years purchasing and computer parts planning experience* Minimum of 1 – 2 years production planning experience* College degree preferred* Bi-lingual ( Mandarin and English ) preferred* Skilled user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Docs* Strong attention to detail with great organization skills* Excellent oral and written communication skillsFor All Qualified Candidates Please Send Your Resume with Job Title to: am-mycareer-reverse-logistics@msi.com
