About the position:

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Education and Content Strategy, the Product Trainer plays a key role in helping customers succeed in building powerful applications using Quickbase.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated with a passion for learning, teaching others, and a growth mindset that embraces change and new approaches.

Responsibilities:
Provide training to Quickbase customers both in-person and virtually Provide product training to Quickbase employees Develop and refine standardized training programs Develop standardized training tools that can be used to achieve training by other members of the Quickbase team and by partners Create materials to reinforce student learning, such as tutorials or guides to what they learned

Qualifications:
Passion for working with leading edge, web-based technologies and a desire to understand Quickbase’s benefits, use cases, and business and technical elements Passion for working with and training others 2+ years training/education experience Demonstrated participation in cross-functional projects or initiatives Hands-on working experience delivering group trainings on a technology product both in-person and virtually High level of follow-up; team-player with ability to deliver within defined timelines Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must-have:
Quickbase or strong experience with databases, productivity tools, and SaaS products MS Office
Nice-to-have :
SharePoint Zoom webinar hosting tools Jira Confluence Learning management system (LMS) like Skilljar or Thought Industries Camtasia Knowledge of programming concepts
