Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Product Quality Analyst to join their team. As a Product Quality Analyst, you will be part of the quality assurance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high degree of technical competence which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
- Analyze and resolve technical and clinical questions regarding Abbott products.
- Correspond with customers regarding inquiries and product performance analysis.
- Participate in product improvement teams and field failure analysis.
- Document and investigate product complaints, providing timely responses to customers.
- Communicate customer concerns to relevant teams for product and service enhancements.
What’s Needed?
- Five to seven years of customer support experience preferred.
- Biomedical Engineering background and regulatory experience preferred.
- BS degree in healthcare, science, or technical fields.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and global regulations for medical device reporting is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
