job summary:
Clients agile product development and maintenance is delivered via multiple cross-functional, autonomous agile teams working in coordination.

Multiple agile teams working in coordination within the context of an Agile Program is referred to as an Agile Release train (ART).

Clients agile teams are aligned to strategic Programs initiated by the Line of Business (LoB).

The PO directs the Agile Product Managers/Owners across the groups of teams, and develops and implements plans which will enhance the family of products and ensure that product capabilities are fit for purpose for the business, regulators and customers.

responsibilities:
At a high level PO responsibilities include: Ensuring that the right products are built as part of the portfolio of products and is regularly in conversation with End Users.

Ensure optimal Feature delivery
– PO owns the product vision, strategy, leadership and overall roadmap of the product(s) being developed across the entire portfolio of products Having a sound understanding of the big picture that is aligned to business objectives and is the coordination point for all the Agile Product Managers.

Aligning Initiatives in such a way that it maintains the concept of an agile mindset, including sustainability, predictability and persistent Participates and leads sprint planning and the product backlog refinement for 1 or more agile teams with varied complexity product(s) being developed by teams on behalf of the line of businesses they represent As/when needed, mentor other agile product owners on lower complexity initiatives in support of the design, development and delivery of their product.

Success in this role is measured in terms of maximizing ROI, customer satisfaction and making decisions about investments & priorities in the context of the organization’s strategy and the corresponding business goals
Skills:
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner working in an agile environment representing the voice of the customer (customer proxy/business proxy) and building the right product.

5+ years of relevant experience planning, implementing and managing enterprise-wide projects required 5+ years of experience within the wealth, financial industry and/or relevant experience Passion for providing clients with a superior user experience Knowledge/experience of agile processes and of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is highly preferred Knowledge/experience of BDD is highly preferred Management/supervisory experience is required, and experience working with off shore teams or third party vendors is highly desirable Experience managing products at all stages of the product lifecycle and ability to manage complex, high-profile projects end-to-end Product vision establishment and communication Monitoring market trends across the portfolio of products and working closely with clients through a well-established client engagement model Establishing innovative products based on customer feedback, User experience (UX) interpretation of customer feedback, commercial / technical / legal assessments, and leveraging their own domain of experience.

Create user / customer value while meeting the needs of stakeholders for the entire portfolio of products Establishing and effectively conveying / communicating the product vision to the product ownership group/ organization Establishing the roadmap for the agile teams Establishing and articulating product strategy / release roadmaps in collaboration with agile product managers and product owners that include both market facing features/functionality as well as continuous architectural improvement representative of business and technical strategies Developing and delivering in collaboration with Agile Product Managers, strategies / roadmaps that contribute to the realization of benefits (e.g.

revenue, profitability targets, etc.) across the portfolio of products or for targeted products as part of an agile program Collaborating with key stakeholders, communicating with senior management organization, developing business cases and advocating for technology / resources while leading key initiatives Understanding of their needs and pain points in order to arrive at an optimum solution Engage end users in the design of the system and ensures that the customer feedback loop drives the initial design and on-going validation of the emerging prototypes.

BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field OR work experience
