Live What you will do We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic Product Owner to lead the Order to Cash capability team within the Operations Digital, Technology & Innovation (OPS DTI) group to support the Global Customer Service business organization.

We are embarking on our journey to enhance our systems to provide Global Customer Service Team with solutions necessary to achieve the business goals like enabling digitalization, faster decision making, improved customer service KPIs & speed to/in market.

If that motivates you then this is just the role for you As the OTC Product Owner, you will report into the Order to Cash Product Manager and you will work closely with the functional and technology stakeholders at each stage of the development lifecycle to build and sustain the best fitting technology solutions using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

You will develop and maintain a vision for how technology can be leveraged to solve critical business problems, understand the impact of technical solutions on business outcomes and ensure to maximize the ROI of investments made.

You will proactively lead the collaboration and engagement with various stakeholders and help in delivering best practice solutions based on business requirements.

This role will be critical in our path of transformation to have a best-in-class Order to Cash capability and you will be leveraging a portfolio of systems like ERP/SAP, UI Path for automation and Data Lake and others.

As a Product Owner / Business Analyst you will: Work closely and lead discussions with stakeholders to elicit information in order to understand true business needs as User Stories Exhibit business process expertise in Order to Cash space Operate as the Technical Product Owner for the End-2-End solution within your domain.

Lead and support the analysis, solution, design, and estimation of various projects and backlog items that address business problems Prioritize work based on understanding of requirements and business impact Understand technology strategy and help develop business case alternatives which anticipate the future direction of the business Win What we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.

The professional we seek is a product owner with these qualifications.

Basic Qualifications Doctorate degree and 2 years of Information Systems experience OR Masters degree and 6 years of Information Systems experience OR Bachelors degree and 8 years of Information Systems experience OR Associate degree and 10 years of Information Systems Or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of Information Systems experience Preferred Qualifications Experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement, involving broad-based information systems, utilizing tools and techniques to effect business change Ability to understand business strategy and needs and support the translation into application requirements Ability to create compelling business cases balancing business benefits and costs Ability to understand business complexity and project interdependencies Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question thought partners across functional areas Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations Strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines and architecture standards Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrable experience in the following areas: Business Analysis, Defining a business case, Model requirements, Validate solutions, Project and Product management and Creating and maintaining backlog of user stories Knowledge in the following areas: SAP
