Product Owner Our client is a data and technology company fostering on innovation, growth and collaboration.
They are seeking a Product Owner to join their team Here’s what you’ll be doing: Owning and managing the team’s backlog(s) Actively participating in planning activities for the Program Increment and PI Planning Story definition, providing clarifications necessary to assist the team with their story estimates and story sequencing, and drafting the team’s specific objectives for the upcoming Program Increment (PI) Leading the development team through all activities to support Sprint activities Acting as a key stakeholder in product related decisions and release planning Working with the Product Manager to evaluate the product roadmap to identify features for development and identify “definition of done” for each feature Producing work flows, completing data mapping and performing business process design Working with the Architect(s) and Tech Lead(s) to identify non-functional requirements such as infrastructure needs Here’s what our ideal candidate has: 5 years of experience in IT as a Business Analyst or Product Owner Recent experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment, delivering products using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile, Scrum or Kanban Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is highly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business or related field is preferred Benefits: Our IT consultants enjoy a wide array of benefits including: medical, dental, 401K, life insurance, and much more Keywords: Agile, SAFe, Business Analyst, Product Owner, User stories, roadmap
