Program Mission… This program supports the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), CJIS campus.
CJIS continues to modernize FBI application technology and methodology by adopting agile practices, implementing DevOps and supporting cloud migrations.
Skills & Requirements Skills & Requirements Requirements At least three (3) years of experience in the following areas: Agile development in the Product Owner or Product Management role Working with business owners to understand business needs, and translating them into user stories Developing acceptance criteria and definitions of done Planning and prioritizing product feature backlogs Supporting iteration planning Maintaining requirements using tools such as DOORS NextGen (DNG).
Supporting a development effort in the areas of web or application services Desired Skills: Previous experience supporting the FBI Excellent oral and written communication skills Years of Experience : 3 years’ experience as a Product Owner Clearance: Secret, Top Secret preferred Education : Bachelors Degree and at least one (1) of the following Agile certifications: SAFe Product Owner or Product Manager Certification from Scales Agile, Inc.
or Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance
