Overview:As a Product Management Intern at Fuel Cycle, you’ll work directly with the Director of Products to develop, review, and release new products and product features.
This may include product ideation, gathering and creating product requirements/specifications, conducting user research, and developing training/support materials for new products.
As one of the members of the product team, you’ll contribute to our strategic objectives on a regular basis and secure our position as one of the most trusted, innovative platforms in market research.
You will also have the opportunity to liaise with different departments across the company including Engineering, Research & Insights, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

At Fuel Cycle we foster a culture of customer obsessed individuals who empower each other to work passionately and deliver an extreme impact to our customers.Responsibilities:What You’ll Do * Work on a new product development project* Work on core product features that have direct user impact* Support and participate in agile product development ceremonies* Create user stories, requirements, use cases in Jira for product feature development* Analyze and provide ideas for product feature adoption* Conduct user interviews for new feature developments or for understanding feature adoption and client challenges* Create product documentation* Check in with engineers to support and/or check the development process* Conduct UAT for new feature developments or enhancements* Support to create product training materials* Add ideas to product backlog What You’ll LearnUpon the conclusion of the internship, you will have a strong understanding of: * Agile product development* Product development with iterations* Prioritization and decision making for product development* Development of user centric product design and experience, wireframing* Product enablement and supportQualifications:Education and/or Experience: * Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product management, Business Management, Data Analytics, Software engineering, Marketing,.* Previous internship in similar role or office experience preferred* 4-6 month commitment, 15-20 hours/week Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Project management skills* Wireframing, product design, prototyping* Understanding of software development* Have strong product intuition and can articulate what drives users* A strong communicator with the ability to present your logic with clarity and confidence* Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment* Experience conducting user interviews* Strong problem-solving and project management skills* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Have strong product intuition and can articulate what drives users* A strong communicator with the ability to present your logic with clarity and confidence* Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment
