Role overview The Product Management (Capabilities) Intern will serve as a trusted member of the Clinical Services Capabilities team and will work closely with the larger Capabilities team to make an impact on the projects to improve our clinical delivery models at Accolade.

The Product Management (Capabilities) Intern will analyze business problems at the direction of the Capabilities Owner and assist in the development of requirements and programs to deliver enhanced clinical capabilities to the market.

A day in the life Collaborates with the Clinical Services Capability & Readiness Owners to analyze business problems and draft requirements for people, process and technology solutions for clinical services.

Understand and be a champion for the overall Clinical Services priorities.

Engage with stakeholders on a daily basis in the development of capability requirements.

Work under the direction of Capability Readiness Owners to deliver new capabilities to our users using our accepted change management process.

Measure the impact of the capabilities and suggest improvements to the roadmap and priorities.

Work with the larger cross-functional Clinical Services Leadership Team on capability improvements and projects.

What we are looking for 0-3 years of experience in a role that utilizes critical thinking, analysis of business problems, or other related business & technology skills.

Exposure to clinical and/or technology organizations or willingness to participate in a clinical and/or technology environment.

Previous exposure to data and analytics usage when working through business problems.

Strong MS Excel skills Demonstrated written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Demonstrated customer and stakeholder empathy.

You must be not only the voice of the customer, but at various times the voice of marketing, finance, engineering, support and ops.

You must be able to channel many points of view.

Bonus: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Qliksense, Quicksight,etc) Bonus: Experience writing SQL queries LI-KM1 We strongly encourage you to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
