Product Engineer (Remote) $90-140k

We are a growing healthcare technology company that uses artificial intelligence to ensure patients are on the safest and most effective medication regimens possible. The Company is looking for an engineering candidate to join a strong team of diverse engineers in building our platform. You will have a direct impact on the infrastructure and delivery of our core enterprise offerings.

You will be responsible for various projects across data management and integration platforms. The role will work in close collaboration with technical and clinical stakeholders to coordinate projects, create QA test plans, work with offshore teams to implement automated tests, direct product releases and work with stakeholders to define product requirements.

Responsibilities:

Participate in all aspects of our platform development, which include:

  • Working with stakeholders to define product requirements
  • Working with product and QA teams to translate product features to test cases
  • Liaison with QA team to implement automated tests
  • Writing user’s manual and release notes
  • Working with Engineering team to build an online user’s manual into the platform
  • Communicate the project-related tasks such as plans, timelines, requirements, etc. between different teams.
  • Coordinate the release schedule.
  • Identify the risks that can delay the release and manage them, such that the scope scheduled, and quality of the release is not affected.
  • Track the progress and find issues, if any. Always work to improve the process of release.
  • Make sure that the release is planned, according to the requirements.
  • Schedule the release readiness reviews before deployment and milestone reviews after each release.
  • Create plans for the implementation and deployment as per the release schedule.
  • Plan and give weekly updates on the release activities

Required Skills:

  • Experience writing product feature requirement documentation
  • Experience writing test specifications from feature requirements.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies
  • Experience writing technical documentation
  • Experience with release process and management
  • Experience working with customer support and triaging tasks
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to focus on details
