About the Job Product Development Full-Price Specialist Bony Levy Jewelry is looking to hire an entry-level product development specialist. PD experience is not required; we are willing to train the right candidate. The PD Specialist is expected to take on the following essential roles and responsibilities: · Support the Director of Product Development in building and managing a strong product strategy for full-price that delivers high sell-thru and lead to sales growth · Conduct trend market research and apply it to our product development strategy · Build product assortment and create product presentations quarterly that drives customer selection · Analyze product and sales performance on a national level monthly and translate the information into a future product plan · Support and maintain complete item set-up process · Look for ways to reduce company costs including price negotiations · Manage, maintain and track samples, orders, order logs, item logs, and all PD templates · Build long lasting relationships with international factories, domestic suppliers and in-house production/ logistics team · Responsible for supporting all functions of the product development team including allocating and attending national trunk shows, planning and attending marketing photoshoots, supporting product knowledge trainings, and more · Responsible for order management process · Responsible for Alt-image photoshoot including creating the product list, organizing samples, renaming images, ensuring all images are published · Domestic and international travel is required This position is for you if you are: · A fashion or jewelry enthusiast · A team player with a positive attitude. · Flexible in working independently or with others to achieve goals. · Dedicated and fast-moving. · You are known to operate with, urgency, focus and discipline. · Adaptable and ambitious. · Strong communication skills · Must have strong problem-solving abilities and be solution oriented · Organized, detail-oriented with a high degree of integrity and trust · Excellent with Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint Physical Requirements: · Ability to travel, as needed · Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer · Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
