The team is looking for a Product Analyst to support day-to-day internal product development activities such as user support, requirement gathering, working with UX, story writing, and backlog management and prioritization.

We are looking for a self-starter with a passion for product, great communication skills, and a collaborative work ethic. The project moves very quickly, and is as close to agile as you can get – so it is important that the individual filling this role thrives in fast-paced environments, has excellent organization and prioritization skills, and is extremely proactive in identifying things they can contribute to and own. A holistic approach to feature definition (meaning: consideration of how each new feature may impact the rest of the system) and attention to detail (specifically in written requirements) is a must. Experience with, or as, Product is preferred. Working domain knowledge of media & marketing is a plus.

Role Responsibilities

Key Objectives

• Support the Marketing Product Owner on 2 major tracks:

o Primarily, this role will help define the scope and requirements for a new application module called ‘Campaign Communications’. This area of the system will replace a legacy application used by over a dozen Studio Marketing departments to communicate key campaign data (campaign dates, strategy, etc.).

o This role will be also responsible for getting to know our legacy systems and keeping up with user support requests on the legacy Studio Marketing apps.

• It is possible that this role will have the opportunity to support the Studio Planning & Production tracking side of StudioONE as well.

Day-To-Day Duties

• Stakeholder communication (leading working group, sending out status updates, refining requirements, etc.)

• Story writing/Leading grooming

• Collaboration with UX designers

• Prioritizing backlog/teeing up new cycles

• Daily dev comms/requirement clarification

• Production collaboration with the 3rd parties we’re actively working with – Axiom, Native App agency/developers, Tableau Reporting agency/developers

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business partners across the 13 organizations within Studio Marketing.

• Synthesize learnings from existing documentation, legacy applications, and requirement gathering sessions into JIRA user stories.

• Proactively uncover pain points in legacy systems and evolving business processes to identify product enhancement opportunities.

• Collaborate with product designers to create intuitive user experiences.

• Juggle multiple product initiatives simultaneously & assist product leads with prioritization.
