We are expanding our team and seeking Process Engineers to join our manufacturing team!

What You Need for this Position
A Bachelors of Science & 3+ years industry experience in the following:
Experience in semiconductor FAB wafer grind & polish
Grinding experience (GaAs, InP, Si, SiC, etc.) with experience, ideally with RevASUM 7AF II, PM5 and/or Strasbaugh 7AF grinders
Debond/Bonding experience (GaAs, InP, Si, SiC, etc.)
Optimization of grinding processes
Experience running & monitoring new processes, tool performance, Statistical process control (SPC)
Design of Experiments (DOE), Effects Analysis (FMEA), process failure modes experience all nice to have
Semiconductor processing equipment, metrology tool experience nice to have
What You Will Be Doing
Supporting production while sustaining current production processes while improving on processes, monitoring tool performance, process related SPC
Wafer bond/demount, PR strip, clean & other back end processing
DOE (design of experiments), FMEA (failure mode & effects analysis) & improvements on process when needed
qualifying new tools & processes, train techs & operators while maintaining process documentation
