Process Engineer

Thin Films Process Engineer – Submission Requirements: Resume and ITAR form (see attached)

Assignment Duration: up to 1 year – Temp to hire
PPE / attire required: Safety Shoes, business casual office attire ,
PPE provided: Safety glasses
Shift/ Working hours: M- F 8:00AM to 5:00PM, OT mandatory when required
Education: BS in Engineering required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Required a Bachelor’s degree (B. S.) in Engineering, Physics, chemistry or related technical discipline;
• Required Five (5) minimum of engineering experience in vacuum deposition/thin films.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Provide technical support with new project design, troubleshoot production problems, debug production metalizing.
• Creation of technical reports, standard work instructions, process specifications.
• Ability to analyze data, launch and sustain SPCs, perform 6-sigma process capability (Minitab a plus).
• Ability to lead team projects focused on meeting business strategic goals.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Thin-film interference or heating coatings or related Optical Materials knowledge a plus.
• Statistical Analysis, Research and Development techniques experience are desired.
• Experience with organic coatings a plus.
• Some knowledge of photolithography extremely desirable.
• Proven supervisory skills
• Ability to manage complex projects through success.
• Six sigma skills desirable.
