DescriptionBring your Behavioral Intervention skills to AHRC New York City SchoolsAHRC New York City is a family governed organization committed to finding ways for people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities to build lives as defined by each person and supported by dedicated families, staff, and community partners.AHRC New York City’s Francis of Paola Early Learning Center is seeking Behavior Trainer Assistants/ Teaching Assistants to join their team Under the direction of the Behavior Trainer, the Behavior Trainer Assistant/ Teaching Assistant will Implement an intensive behavioral model individually and/or in a group based on the theories of applied behavior analysis and/or TEACCH principles, in accordance with each students Individualized Education Plan (IEP).

Participate in program planning and communicate observations to Behavior Trainer and other team members.AHRC’s Francis of Paola is located in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn and is accessible via Public Transportation.

AHRC New York City Schools operate on a 12 Month Calendar that includes a 30 day Summer Session.
