entered into a 20-year agreement to become the arena’s Naming Rights Partner December 1, 1998, which has since been extended into perpetuity.

Position Summary:

The Premium Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting all Business Operations initiatives within the STAPLES Center Premium Department and more specifically the Premium Memberships team.

Person will maintain and develop the CRM system, assist in analyzing customer accounts and identifying efficiency tactics amongst the department.

Person will also maintain additional sales enablement technologies such as new business prospecting databases, digital presentation software, 3D virtual venue and more.

Essential Functions:
Maintains CRM database, regularly auditing data, creating new dashboards, and analyzing data for business trends and efficiencies.
Assist in auditing revenue reporting.
Support all STAPLES Center Premium sales enablement technologies.
Work with management to report and analyze current business performance.
Lead and analyze customer research efforts, including online surveys, etc.
Analyze customer accounts, transactions, demographics, and campaign responsiveness to build actionable profiling and segmentation; prepare PowerPoint presentations to summarize data.
Assist in coordination and analysis of data within CRM and all BackOffice ticketing platforms.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum education level of: BA/BS Degree Preferred
2-4 years of relevant experience with a strong interest in sports and entertainment industry
CRM experience required/KORE & Dynamics experience is preferred
Highly Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to interact with all levels of the organization and outside agencies/organizations
Ability to work independently to accomplish work objectives, as well as in a team environment
Excellent technical presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to collaborate with other departments/ organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and must be attentive to details
Demonstrated experience work with, analyzing, and interpreting data.
Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality.
Demonstrate the ability to successfully work in a team and with stakeholders across an organization.
Proven ability to meet competing and shifting demands within a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work a non-traditional work schedule such as nights, weekends, holidays.
