Ambitious and growing law firm looking for an Intake and Demand Paralegal to deliver excellent service for our clients. We will provide necessary training.
This position is within the Pre-Litigation Department at Abramson Labor Group. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with Senior Paralegals, other members of support staff, and attorneys to complete a wide variety of tasks necessary for resolving employment matters pre-litigation. These tasks include but are not limited to:
- Conducting telephonic intakes with clients to capture detailed facts about their case.
- Identifying relevant violations of law based on available facts.
- Drafting legal correspondence outlining our client’s available claims.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1+ years of law firm experience, preferably working in a labor/employment litigation practice.
- $18.00 – $24.00 an hour, depending on experience.
- Bilingual (English + Spanish) Strongly Preferred!
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Able to operate a multi-line phone, calculator, and cell phone.
