Abramson Labor Group, a firm that focuses on Labor & Employment and Workers’ Compensation Law, is expanding and currently seeking a Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney for our Employment department in our California office.
We are looking for someone who is an ambitious and has a strong work ethic.
Candidates must be highly motivated, have excellent writing skills, and be able to work in a team environment.

Requirements
Associates are expected to manage a docket of pre-litigation cases to resolution.
Associates report directly to an assigned Senior Associate and are supported substantively and administratively by a team of paralegals.
Associates collaborate with pre-litigation staff including mid-level management
– to the extent necessary to achieve a high standard of excellence when servicing clients.
Must be comfortable providing guidance to non-attorney team members as needed.
Responsible for bringing positivity to the workplace and leading non-attorney colleagues by example.
Must be highly motivated
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Comfortable working in a detail-oriented and dynamic workplace
Team player
Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
1-4 years of experience practicing labor and employment law (Preferred)
