Position Overview:
The position is full-time and non-exempt. The Porter is responsible, under the direction of the site manager, for cleaning and maintaining common areas of the community.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and maintaining the following areas:
- Pool Area
- Hallways and Entry way
- Community Living/ Dining Room
- Laundry Rooms
- Bathrooms
- Trash Area
- Assist maintenance technician with work orders and preparing units for re-renting to new residents
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in janitorial/ porter duties
- General understanding and knowledge of basic maintenance skills
- Possession of a valid California driver’s license
- Proof of auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
- Excellence customer service skills when speaking with residents and vendors
- Computer skills and experience of Microsoft Suite products
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working at an apartment complex
