Position Overview:
The position is full-time and non-exempt.
The Porter is responsible, under the direction of the site manager, for cleaning and maintaining common areas of the community.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Cleaning and maintaining the following areas: Pool Area Hallways and Entry way Community Living/ Dining Room Laundry Rooms Bathrooms Trash Area Assist maintenance technician with work orders and preparing units for re-renting to new residents
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in janitorial/ porter duties General understanding and knowledge of basic maintenance skills Possession of a valid California driver’s license Proof of auto insurance Reliable transportation Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail Excellence customer service skills when speaking with residents and vendors Computer skills and experience of Microsoft Suite products
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working at an apartment complex
