You do so by providing hands-on technical training in one-on-one and group settings.
Getting out in the field, you conduct ride-alongs with technicians to identify areas for improvement.
The training you provide also covers pricing and warranties, including how to best use iPads for presenting invoices.
Your instruction helps our technicians become the best they can be and gives them the tools they need to “wow” our customers.
You feel great about sharing your knowledge and skills to help our plumbers excelQUALIFICATIONS5 years of experience in service and repair plumbingGood driving recordProficiency in working with an iPadExperience in a management or leadership role would be a plus.
