Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for:mixing and repairing existing molds and tooling;creating prototype products, fixtures and jigs;analyzing and correcting mold malfunctions;painting, sanding and applying parting agents;removing or trimming excess material from products, using knives, scrapers or saws;reading and interpreting print specifications that are submitted by our customers;filling and preparing customer orders for shipment.
Qualifications: The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a previous work history that includes: 2 years minimum experience operating mold making equipment (preferred);familiarity with computer aided design and manufacturing software;strong manual dexterity and arm-hand steadiness;ability to handle and move objects;ability to read and understand prints;working experience with inspection equipment, ie.
