Primary Purpose:
Administers SharePoint enhancements and maintenance, and training and onboarding new employees to the organization.
Supports Pipeline Integrity with data collection, data management, and reporting.
Acts as the SharePoint administrator for the department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages the SharePoint site for the Pipeline Integrity organization.
Works with IT or third-party contractor on enhancements and performs advanced user functions.
Develops test criteria and administers the testing and deployment of enhancements.
Manages maintenance and constant improvement of the SharePoint site.
Regularly evaluates user ease and functions.
Maintains reporting and record-keeping on the SharePoint site.
May assist other departments with SharePoint administration and job requisitions.
Assists Team Lead in the creation of training curriculum for new Pipeline Integrity employees.
Interviews managers and subject matter experts to create curriculum.
Manages and delivers new employee overview introductory training of the different departments that make-up the Pipeline Integrity organization, and the organizations they collaborate with.
Responsible for keeping training material current and accurate.
Responsible for reporting all training course data and employee completion in training tool.
Monitors performance of recent programs and system implementations and adjusts if needed.
Assist Team Lead with coordinating recruitment needs with outside recruiting firm.
Acts as the initial contact with the recruiting firm.
May work with other contractors to attain services for hiring staff.
Assists Team Lead with tracking internal job postings and openings and may assist with job profiles and career pathing requirements.
Generates reports as requested and research best business practices for assigned projects and tasks.
Performs other duties as assigned (no more than 5% of duties).
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent field or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
Experience:
2 years
– related experience in supporting programs or projects, required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience and demonstrated proficiency with SharePoint.
Experience with Company hiring processes preferred.
Strong proficiency with internal computer systems and applications and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and applications, intermediate.
Demonstrated ability to deliver presentations and conduct training, intermediate.
Ability to analyze system issues and data and recommend potential solutions, intermediate.
Good oral and written communication skills, intermediate.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, intermediate.
Excellent organizational skills, advanced.
