A busy, well-respected, personal injury law firm in Century City seeks a hands on, full-time experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our growing firm!
Your duties will include:
– Assisting trial team from filing of complaint through trial –
Propound and respond to extensive discovery –
Draft pleadings, deposition notices and other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists –
Organize documents for filing –
Drafting correspondence – Special projects as needed
