Photo Coordinator

HAUS is looking to add a coordinator to help support our Photo Editing teams supporting a large Entertainment client. This role requires an enthusiastic and well organized individual able to work well under pressure with an ability to multitask. Seeking individuals with a passion for Photography and Television. The position will work directly with the Photo Managers.

Responsibilities Include

  • Assisting in tracking of invoices and creating of POs
  • Special Shoot logistics coordination and invoicing
  • Distribute Deal Memos and SOW paperwork to Photographers and internal legal teams
  • Asset management
  • Light Photo Editing and curation work for certain social media channels
  • Photo Research for Creative Briefs
  • Shipping and Receiving assistance
  • Assist with Events coverage
  • Additional photo studio support as needed

Requirements

  • 2 years coordinator experience, entertainment or editorial experience preferred
  • Deadline-oriented with strong time management skills and a strong team player
  • Project Management – Ability to handle a high volume of projects and tasks for multiple people simultaneously and manage competing priorities
  • Bias to Action – Must be able to work independently, make sound decisions, think strategically, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must possess solid organization, effective time management and excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with internal and external teams
  • Basic photo retouching and color correction skills a plus but not required
  • Understand the photography industry including photo production, retouching and digital asset management and workflow preferred
  • Strong knowledge in digital file specs, size formats
  • Succinct Communicator – Great writer and clear talker. Can organize, summarize, clarify and communicate ideas simply, succinctly and accurately.
  • Has a Point of View – An independent thinker willing and able to express and support a point of view.
  • Can change course, be scrappy and get things done within short time frames. Integrity. Has sound judgment, and will question actions inconsistent with company values.
