Personal / Executive Assistant

An innovative and creative-focused firm is seeking a rockstar Personal Assistant to join their family office and provided dedicated Executive support.

We’re looking for a proactive and intuitive professional with experience as a high-level Personal or Executive Assistant with a proven track record of working in ultra-creative, unstructured, and fast-paced environments.

The right person for the job has a positive, “can do” mentality and a drive to handle all projects with tact and precision.

This opportunity will partner one-on-one with a busy principal who is looking for a reliable, communicative, and accountable individual with a passion for being a true support system.

In this vital role, you’ll act as the right arm and main support system and liaison on multiple creative endeavors and personal projects.

The right candidate is also very creative and project focused, with a strong ability to work in Keynote or PowerPoint, create decks and spreadsheets, as well as work through creative photo shoots and strategize on branding and social initiatives.

The right candidate has a passion for the beauty/haircare industry and would love to be in a role where you get to drive goals and support an incredible executive.

Your confident nature and experience will help you succeed in this role, where you’ll be:

Managing all professional and personal appointment scheduling Effectively supervising the CEO’s residences, including directing household staff and handling financial matters Working with third party vendors and suppliers to coordinate events and gatherings Preparing travel arrangements, paying special attention to convenience, organization, and budget Archiving and reporting all applicable expenses Project managing long-term personal and professional CEO endeavors Ad hoc administrative support as needed

Candidates will need:
3+ years of experience in C-Suite Executive/Personal support to high profile executives Thorough understanding of MS Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Photoshop and Canva An ability to succeed in a demanding, fast-paced capacity Willingness to adapt to changing responsibilities and expectations Professional and refined communication skills Highly caring, kind, and positive nature Ability to anticipate needs and be proactive A reliable car and valid driver’s license Must be a dog/pet lover
