ACLMTE is a full service entertainment staffing agency working with clients all over the country. We are currently in search of a full time personal assistant for a female musician that is based in Los Angeles.

•You have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
•You have a current passport
•You are preferably already located in the Los Angeles area
Regular Tasks for This Role:
•Running Errands
•Prepping for tour (packing, unpacking, bus set up and stock, set up and break down of hotel rooms, green rooms, etc)
•Prepping for travel
•Ensuring the principals comfort at all times
•Staying on top of clients calendar and sending pertinent reminders of events, birthdays, appointments, etc
•Booking appointments
•Assisting with gifting needs
Skills/Experience/Education
•Previous experience working for a high profile celebrity, preferably as a personal assistant
•You have experience traveling domestically and internationally with a previous employer
•Self starter
•Strong Critical Thinking
•Adaptable in a variety of situations
•Able to read a room
•Knowledge of how to dress appropriately in different situations
•Genuinely enjoys being of service
•Mission aligned with client
