PERSONAL ASSISTANT to ATTORNEY

– Schedule meetings and manage calendars
– Answer emails
– Take accurate notes at meetings
– Help with daily time management
– Run errands as requested
– Plan travel, including flights, accommodations and ground transport.
– Coordinate events
The personal assistant will have strong interpersonal skills, will be tech-savvy, will be an active listener, and have excellent communication skills. The personal assistant must have a proactive approach to problem-solving and an ability to multi-tasks.
