A highly intelligent, organized personal assistant with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills is sought by a busy individual, looking for operational support across a wide variety of tasks and initiatives. Job Requirements:
- Outlined in the plan of personal care services
- Handling highly confidential and personal matters
- Maintain client’s personal health and safety
- Travel, both domestic and international and arrange itineraries
- Complete daily living skills such as personal/oral hygiene
- Assist administratively with legal, accounting functions for personal life
- Perform personal care services to clients unable to live independently in the community without assistance
- Bathing, grooming and hair washing necessary for personal hygiene
- Process expiration reports for agent
- Provide daily service and maintenance of personal lines insurance
- Assist the person served with daily living skills, including but not limited to personal care and household tasks (meal preparation, cleaning, laundry)
- Deliver and pick up personal related correspondence in the immediate geographic area
- Provide hand-over-hand assistance with personal cares, cooking and cleaning
- Create experiences that promote individual’s interests, choices, and personal growth
- Provide assistance with activities, personal care and companionship, and assist the Recuperative Care Coordinator with documentation
- Meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of Individuals
- Facilitate personal care services as needed to assist the student with daily living activities necessary for comfort and well-being (when indicated on Student’s IEP)
- Assist the elderly residents of Providence Place Senior Living as a caregiver, a resident assistant, a dining server and sometimes as a good friend
- Focus efforts supporting residents with daily activities to support personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, spiritual being and physical health
