You will play a key role in the customer journey to understand the customer business requirements, identify CPAs, clearly define project scope, assist in the project proposal, and help answer any business and technical questions the customer may have throughout the customer journey.

This cross-functional role collaborates with all parts of the organization as well as external customers and partners to deliver next level healthcare automation.
The Innovation Design team also serves as the bridge between sales and delivery.

You will share the framework for program governance, set expectations for system access, identify key points of contact on the customer side, and help finalize the detailed requirements prior to sale.

You will stay with customers post sale to continue taking ownership of the value story through implementation and during upsells.
Responsibilities

Supports Olive assessments with data gathering and analysis to ensure the appropriate areas of opportunity are targeted, including analysis of denials, write-offs, A/R and other key data elements.
Participate and potentially lead customer interviews during assessments and automation prospecting conversations
Consult with customers to fully understand business scenarios with a focus on understanding of changes to impacted business processes
Collaborate internally with all levels of the revenue organization
– Chief Revenue Officer, Executive Directors, Strategic Account Leads, Customer Program Executives, Program Managers, and Innovation Leads
Support AlphaSite teams in creating standard perpetual impact models for automation use cases, including justifiable business cases to be taken for customer approval.
Partner with customers to develop detailed business requirements and to explore available solutions to drive business value through technology
Collaborate with the sales team and Customer Program Executives to support candidate processes for automation (CPA) ROI calculations for impacts related to cost, revenue, compliance, and other strategic value.
Continued development of Olive’s data requests from providers with a goal of standardizing and automating the analysis output
Collaborate with our Omega Watch support center to create standardization in how data is trended to summarize realization of perpetual impact (PI)
Work closely with the Omega Labs teams to advise on analytics and insights opportunities from within customer data on the Omega team
Provide marketing with new data trends from our customers that highlight the impact automation is having for specific candidate processes for automation (CPAs)
Requirements

6+ years of experience with analyzing and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative information, forming opinions with corresponding recommendations, and presenting the results to key stakeholders internally and externally
6+ years of relevant healthcare operations experience, preferably in the area of revenue cycle, supply chain, or clinical, familiarity with key workflow areas and valuation methods
Revenue cycle, supply chain, or clinical experience
– familiar with raw denials and write-off data, 835/837 files, transaction files (e.g., charge, payment, adjustment), length of stay, population health, PO confirmation, surgical spend variation
Familiar with revenue cycle, supply chain, or clinical key performance indicators (e.g., secure rates, denial rates, agings, collection rates, write-off rates, credits, population health, panel management, surgical spend variation, etc.)
Experience with measurement modeling
– modeling improvement in posted cash compared to revenue; broken out by payor and patient type
Proven ability to create dashboards, reports and presentations with compelling visuals using Business Intelligence tools or MS Excel / PowerPoint or Google Sheets/Slides to interpret and tell the story of the data
Experience with large data manipulation with tools like Tableau, Power BI, Access, etc.
Great attention to detail and accuracy
Strong cross-team communicator
Comfortable suggesting areas for improvement and willingness to lead improvement initiatives
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
This position can be remote and does not require a specific living location
