Toric is growing! We have an exciting opportunity to join our People Team as our first People Operations Coordinator. As the People Operations Coordinator will build relationships with the Toric team and support us across the people function. You will report directly to our Chief of Staff and partner closely with our leadership team to develop an incredible work experience here at Toric.Who is Toric? Our mission is to bring data and tools into a single workspace so you can get insights across multiple data sources.ResponsibilitiesYour Responsibilities:Assist in building our people experience from the ground up, eventually working under our Head of People as we scale.Develop high performing and scalable people programs for employee engagement and experience.Manage and own the recruitment/hiring processScreen candidates and track the interview cycleCollaborate with team leads and managers to create job descriptions and run talent acquisitionWork with our leadership team to improve the candidate experience in the hiring processAssist with the training and onboarding of new hires across the organization.Improve, update and maintain our current onboarding experienceTrack HR related metrics such as time to hire, retention rate, cost per hire, and more, make recommendations to improve these, and own the implementation.Shape our employer brand both internally and externally.Own the implementation, and maintenance of people ops tools.RequirementsAbout You:You are BOLD and think outside the box——You who know how and when to try crazy stunts to show our team who we are, why we’re different, and why they’d love to work here.You’re looking to join an early stage startup where you’ll work with a close knit team of smart people to shape and scale a product that customers love!You have creative ideas about company culture and how to build it in a remote-first environment.You love using software to make people operations programs more efficient and effective.You have a people operations, human resources, and/or employee engagement background.You have a passion for company culture and understand its importance in driving the success of a company.You have eagle eyes when it comes to the details and nothing slips through the cracks.You understand the importance of data-driven decisions and work to base your next move off quantifiable information.You can operate with independence, but you know when to escalate issues to your supervisor.You’re passionate about bringing joy to people through your work.Desired Skills & Qualifications:2+ years of people operations experience.BA/BS degree preferred.Experience working with company leadership.Demonstrated ability of excelling in fast paced operations environments.Strong problem solving and analytical skills.High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure.Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.Excellent oral and written communication.#ZR
