Pediatric Ophthalmologist

n n nnWe are seeking a part-time pediatric ophthalmologist, primarily for the care of kids but who is flexible and able to see a variety of patients.

The practice is comprised of two comprehensive ophthalmologists, one pediatric ophthalmologist, and a retinal specialist.

Our office provides comprehensive eye care, with three optometrists, 10 exam lanes, an optical dispensary, twenty-five supporting personnel, and an affiliated Ambulatory Surgical Center.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy practice with ethical doctors in a major metropolitan area.

nn nn n Requirements include completion of an approved residency, a pediatric fellowship and ABO certification or eligibility.

A California medical license is required in order to begin work.

We are seeking a well-trained ophthalmologist who has high ethical standards, is hard-working, mature, able to handle a busy patient load, writes legibly, and can work relatively independently.

The applicant must have good interpersonal and communication skills.

Fluency in medical Spanish is a plus.

The applicant must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment that entails caring for a full patient load.
