This specialist Advisory firm have grown by 40% in the last year and are looking to expand their Transaction Advisory service line to meet heightened client demand.
Our client is focused on Financial Advisory services for middle market, private equity portfolio companies.
They partner with leading Private Equity firms on financial due diligence, transaction services, post-merger and finance transformation initiatives.
As a Senior Associate, you can expect to:
Conduct financial, accounting and operational due diligence engagements Be a key partner in evaluating the quality, earnings and value of potential investment opportunities in the market on behalf of Private Equity clients Leverage your network to initiate and maintain relationships with all levels of client personnel Join a team focused on rapid internal growth Work alongside other business lines in Advisory to cross sell services, participate in business and brand development and further deepen and develop client relationships Contribute to the growth of the Practice, support recruitment, growth initiatives and expansion into new markets Travel regionally 30% of the time, alongside a strong work life balance

As a Senior Associate, you will have:
2-4 years of public accounting experience, preferably with a financial assurance role 1 or more years of TAS experience Experience interfacing with C-level personnel Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting Experience leading teams working on quality of earnings, EBITDA, working capital, and cash flows
